INTRODUCTION
“Unleashing the power within celebrating the triumphs of female Achievers in Abeokuta,
Nigeria” Esteemed guests, distinguished ladies, and gentlemen, I stand before you today with
immense pride and joy, as we gather here in Abeokuta to celebrate the remarkable achievement
of the woman who have risen against all odds, defying stereotypes, and leaving an indelible mark
on our beloved city of Abeokuta, Nigeria. It is a privilege to acknowledge and honor the
triumphs of these exceptional female achievers, whose stories of resilience and determination
have become an inspiration to us all.
Abeokuta with its rich history, culture, and nurturing environment, has nurtured countless women who have boldly stepped into various domains, making their mark with grace and tenacity. This achiever has shattered the glass ceiling, rewriting the narrative and proving that gender is not a barrier to success, but rather a source of
strength and resilience. Today, we stand united, celebrating the power that lies within every
woman.
We are witnesses to the relentless pursuit of dreams the courage to challenge societal
norms, and the commitment to create lasting change. These remarkable women have shown us

gender. In Abeokuta, we celebrate the undeniable strength of our women. We recognize their

GOAL:
1. To inspire and motivate women to transcend the limit of traditional boundaries imposed
on them, and explore goals that stretch them to new possibilities
2. To harness their inner strength to conquer work and life challenges
3. To educate women in E core competencies of effective and innovative leadership through
affordable programming that fills the void created by society’s inadequate investment in
the development of women’s leadership talent.
Conclusively, it is imperative to say that a lot of women are contributing significantly
towards e development of several communities across e country and the sustainable
development goals; it is good to see them recognized for their efforts to nation-building.
This year’s female achievers award provides a veritable opportunity to celebrate such
distinguished ladies and their impressive strides in society.
